Responsibilities:
– Handle high volumes of live chat and other online tools
– Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Assist other business units with customer liaison and document customer requests accurately
– Manage complaints, provide appropriate solutions within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution
– Go the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or e-commerce
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is required to communicate effectively with international partners and stakeholders
– Cross-functional support experience is a plus
– Strong honesty and integrity; proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible with a team mindset
– Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and a drive to exceed expectations
– Passion for customer service and willingness to work different shifts
– Positive interest in the crypto industry
