Salary
$80,000 per year plus bonus
This role starts at a base salary of $80,000 per year, with additional bonus compensation tied to NRR performance.

In this role, you will work closely with the customer success team and ensure our customers can fully leverage Distru to stay compliant and efficient. You are passionate about helping others, focused on customer success, skilled at building strong relationships, organized, and energized by working with a positive team. You’re excited to help Distru customers grow their businesses in a rapidly evolving industry.

This position is fully remote and full-time.

Things You May Work On
• Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring they understand the platform and achieve their goals
• Manage a portfolio of customers, driving growth, satisfaction, and retention
• Communicate with customers daily, addressing questions and directing them to the right solutions
• Maintain accurate customer data in our system
• Stay updated on product changes and understand their impact
• Manage accounts to maximize revenue and delivered value
• Analyze customer workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions
• Encourage adoption of new features and workflows
• Provide actionable product feedback
• Improve customer training using new tools and strategies
• Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with every interaction
• Collaborate with customer success, engineering, product, and sales teams

Desired Experience
• Strong desire to learn and support cannabis industry operations
• 2+ years in cannabis or related fields like supply chain, wine/beer, or ERP (a major plus)
• Experience teaching others to use tools or understand concepts
• Solution-oriented problem solving
• Experience managing customer or peer relationships
• Curiosity about our customers and their business models
• Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

Preferred but not required:
• Experience with ERP, supply chain, SaaS, or cannabis tech
• Proven success managing client relationships or technical projects
• Worked with product or engineering teams to prioritize customer needs
• Financial experience or close collaboration with a CFO
• Enterprise-level onboarding experience
• Managed and grown a book of business
• Experience with multi-step onboarding processes
