The Role
As an eLearning Developer, you will design visually appealing, learner‑focused product training that helps customers, partners, and employees confidently use, administer, and configure Veeva products. You should be passionate about creating engaging online content that improves user performance.
Strong SaaS and content development experience is essential. You must be highly skilled in Articulate Storyline and enjoy designing compelling learning experiences. You should be eager to continuously develop new skills to keep pace with product updates and evolving team processes.
Experience in the life sciences industry and familiarity with the clinical trial process is preferred.
This is a remote, full‑time position. You may work wherever you are most productive, provided you are near an airport and able to travel when needed.

What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with the Curriculum Manager, SMEs, and instructional developers to create eLearning modules and microlearning videos for different user roles
• Use course objectives, product scenarios, and technical resources to build immersive, learner‑centered courses in Articulate Storyline
• Work independently and with SMEs to develop instructional content featuring realistic business examples and hands‑on activities
• Convert internal content (presentations, webinars, documentation) into instructional materials
• Update existing training content and production methods to meet quality standards
• Conduct thorough quality checks and testing of eLearning in the LMS
• Partner with designers, vendors, stakeholders, and business teams to define goals and expected outcomes for training updates
• Apply adult learning principles to course activities and interactions
• Collaborate across teams to support shared goals and deliver value
• Travel occasionally for team events and conferences
Requirements
• 5+ years of multimedia development experience (audio, video, animation) using Articulate Storyline (required), plus Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, and Vyond
• Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to content development processes
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially when using pre‑release software for system simulations
• Excellent analytical and writing abilities, with experience developing instructional content for both technical and business audiences
• Strong capability to diagnose and resolve eLearning issues independently
• Detail‑oriented with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Collaborative, flexible, self‑motivated, and accountable
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and their application in eLearning design
Nice to Have
• Experience with SnagIt and monday.com
• Degree in Graphic Design or Instructional Design
• Experience with Veeva products
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• Life sciences and clinical trial experience (pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs, academic or public health organizations)
• Experience delivering training at clinical sites or investigator meetings

Compensation
• Base pay: $65,000 – $150,000
• This range is provided for compliance purposes and reflects potential base salary. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location. Additional compensation such as bonuses or stock awards may apply.
