In this role, you’ll be essential in ensuring our B2C customers receive the high-quality support they expect. You’ll represent TeamSnap for Teams with friendliness and professionalism, guiding users through our app and website products. Our CX Agents do more than solve problems—they build relationships and strive to make every interaction count.

What you’ll do:
– Provide an impressive customer experience through email and chat, assisting a wide variety of users.
– Take ownership of customer issues by identifying root causes, resolving problems efficiently, and offering feedback to help enhance our products and processes.
– Seek to understand customer needs and ensure they receive the solutions required to get back to their activities.
– Meet performance goals, including productivity, customer satisfaction scores, and attendance.

What will help you succeed:
– A positive, supportive attitude and professional demeanor.
– Strong technical skills and the ability to assist customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
– Enthusiasm for helping customers find solutions and gaining a deep understanding of our platforms to improve their experience.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– A strong record of success as a CX or Tech Support Agent.

Bonus points for:
– Previous experience in a SaaS or tech start-up support environment.
– Experience as a parent, coach, or participant in recreational sports.

Compensation:
We believe in fair compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum pay for this role is $20 per hour, including bonuses or commissions. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including experience, skills, certifications, and location, and is highly competitive within our industry.
