https://JBoard.io is a SaaS platform that enables individuals and organizations worldwide to build their own job boards without any coding. We are expanding quickly and are seeking a new team member to help us deliver customer support.
This is a fully remote position. You can work from any location as long as responsibilities are fulfilled and expectations are met.
Required qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience working with SaaS products
• Basic understanding of how web and SaaS applications function
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Self‑driven and eager to learn complex software and new technologies quickly
• Experience with website creation and no‑code tools
Job responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer support requests via live chat, email, and Zoom calls in English
• Create product “How to” videos
• Stay informed about product updates to help customers improve their job boards using JBoard’s software
• Produce and regularly improve public help guides
• Troubleshoot issues, submit bug reports to developers, and oversee each ticket from creation through resolution
• Collect customer feedback and prepare monthly reports
Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (GMT‑0) or 9:00–18:00 (GMT‑3)
