The goal of a Regional Delivery Manager is to ensure the successful delivery of Global Consulting Services (GCS) projects and engagements in a region. The RDM serves as the lead delivery point of contact for the region responsible for the approval of contracts for services, management of escalations, delivery of quality services, and accountable for the revenue forecast and profitability of the project portfolio for the region. The RDM will also have direct reports, consultants who are managed by the RDM from a career, development and enablement perspective.
What you will do:
Have primary responsibilities to ensure qualify of delivery across the entire Software AG suite of technology including ARIS, ETS, webMethods, alphabet, Terracotta and Presto
Provide leadership for the region and for engagements/projects
Analyze customer business requirements and application objectives
Estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully deliver a project
Estimate costs for services opportunities, align staffing to services to be delivered, improve the quality and profitability of the projects of Global Consulting Services in the region
Align with Regional Sales Leads, manage the revenue forecast and utilization for projects in the project portfolio of the region
