Mom’s Meals is the leading national provider of refrigerated, home-delivered meals in the healthcare market and is currently in a period of rapid growth. The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for selecting, scanning, and packing part of each customer’s order safely and efficiently as it comes by. This is a fast-paced role, and the associate must remain in a refrigerated environment for the entire shift.

**Hours:**
– **1st Shift:** Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM — **$16.50/hour**
– **2nd Shift:** Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM — **$17.50/hour**

**Position Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):**
– Pick the correct items for cooler boxes, scan appropriately, and pack items to complete your portion of each customer’s order
– Follow strict safety, quality, and production standards
– Pay close attention to detail, including reading labels and selecting products
– Meet productivity and accuracy requirements
– Produce consistent, high-quality work
– Move product between locations while following food sanitation and safety guidelines
– Assist with general housekeeping
– Work inside a large warehouse controlled environment (no outside weather exposure) maintained at **34–40°F** (gloves provided)

**Required Skills & Experience:**
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Ability to stand and walk for up to 8–10 hours
– Ability to occasionally lift and move up to **50 lbs**
– Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and/or overtime
– Strong customer service orientation
– Team player with good communication skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Basic reading skills required
– Must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
– High school diploma or GED
– Prior warehouse distribution experience or similar background

**Physical Requirements:**
– Regularly use hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
– Frequently stand, talk, and listen
– Occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch
– Occasionally lift and/or move up to **50 pounds**
– Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
– Ability to perform repetitive movements
– Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold/hot)
