As our first designated recruiter, your primary responsibility will be growing our team while maintaining high standards.
**About the Role**
We’re seeking our first exceptional recruiter to join our team, working either remotely or from Boston. Day to day, you’ll report to the Head of Ops and collaborate closely with our CEO, Head of Sales, and Head of Support to drive cross-functional expansion. You’ll be a great fit if you’re excited about the opportunity to personally grow the team by about 80% over the next twelve months.
**What You’ll Do**
– Select and implement an ATS
– Design and manage the full recruiting pipeline end to end
– Create and maintain a hiring strategy for exceptional internationally distributed talent aligned with the company’s mission and values
– Source executive candidates and hire sales and support representatives to help our department leaders
– Source ops, product, and engineering talent
– Meet hiring targets through the end of 2022 and help design the hiring calendar for 2023
**What Success Looks Like**
– Healthy hiring pipeline metrics (e.g., the percentage of candidates advancing at each funnel stage)
– A continually improving hiring timeline from first contact to close
– A 6-month retention rate for new hires
**Who You Are**
– You’ve built and maintained a recruiting funnel yourself, with strong opinions on how it should run, which tools to use, and how to evaluate performance
– You have 3+ years of recruiting experience
– You’ve successfully hired executive talent, high volumes of candidates quickly for a startup, and remote employees
– Bonus: You’ve hired international talent without visa sponsorship
