Salary: PLN 6,000–9,000 + VAT (B2B); PLN 6,000–7,400 gross (UZL).

Your future responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain React applications
– Build responsive interfaces with strong attention to design and user experience
– Write clean, maintainable code aligned with team standards
– Participate in code reviews by giving and receiving feedback constructively
– Gradually expand beyond frontend into backend work—turning frontend engineers into full-stack generalists in the AI era
– Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features
– Document your work and contribute to the team’s knowledge base
– Continuously grow technical skills with mentor support

About you—technical skills & experience:
– 1 year of commercial web development experience
– Strong JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript knowledge
– Hands-on React experience (hooks, state management)
– REST API integration and basic build tool configuration
– Use AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity while critically evaluating results

About you—soft skills:
– Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the business value of your work
– Proactive communication—share progress and ask for help when needed
– View feedback as a learning opportunity and be comfortable admitting knowledge gaps
– Open-minded about learning new frameworks and technologies
– Interest in backend technologies and a drive toward full-stack development
– Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
– English B2+ for international collaboration
– Polish C1 for daily team communication
– Ready to work closely with mentors while gradually building independence
