Insomnia Cookies is one of the nation’s fastest-growing late‑night dessert companies, and we’re currently interviewing Shift Leaders for our brand‑new location in Raleigh, NC at 10750 Wakefield Commons Dr, Suite 105. As a Shift Leader, you’ll take charge of the bakery—day or night—anticipating business needs and ensuring the shift runs smoothly. Your hands-on leadership will involve preparing orders, suggestive selling, baking, interacting with customers, and taking pride in creating a productive and enjoyable environment for your team.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll deliver excellent customer service, maintain store operations during your shift, communicate key information, monitor efficiency, ensure adherence to company standards, and assist in training team members. You’ll prioritize and delegate tasks like baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while working closely with the Cookie Crew. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and clean environment and handling cash and deposits.

Desired skills and experience include at least one year in a customer service role, POS experience, strong communication and time management skills, a friendly and patient attitude, attention to detail, an ability to lead and motivate others, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, legal eligibility to work in the U.S., and being at least 18 years old.
