We’re looking for a technical co-founder that’s passionate about this space and has at least 3-4 years of rails experience. The ideal candidate is someone that can help us launch and that can also put us in a good position to scale when the time is right. You’re someone who understands the complexities of developing elegant software products, the challenge of creating a simple and intuitive user experience, and can both build and manage a team as well as write code yourself.

However, you of course won’t be expected to do everything yourself. We’ll make sure you have the resources and support you need to be successful.

The role can be part time to start but would need to convert to a full time position when the time is right.

Some other important qualifications: • Passion and expertise in building scalable, rich, usable web applications with Ruby on Rails • A stickler for commenting and documentation that allows new devs to get started without too much confusion. • Experienced in paving a clear and organized product roadmap. • A gamer or at the minimum, a lover of all things Geek!
