Who You Are:

• You build compelling new experiences and features for Niche on the Web

• You give to all layers of the Niche stack, from our React front-end to our rails SOA backend

• You will assist with tools, testing, and scripts thatimproveefficiency and code quality

• You will commit to theimprovementof Niche as a whole, beyond just the web

• Communicate and coordinate efforts with remote eng teams and business partners

• Actively participate in code reviews and design documentation planning

Skills & Requirements

• You have a minimum 6 years of Software Engineer Experience

• Excellent skills in Rails (or another MVC framework in JavaScript, Java/Scala or . NET)

• Solid computer science fundamentals (S.O.L. I.D. principles)

• A healthy balance between moving fast and being careful

• Passion for delivering the best user experience possible
