At CI&T, we shape the future of digital connection. As the Senior HRBP (Lead), you are the primary engine for people operations in the Philippines overseeing an existing people and talent team. This is an execution focused role where you will bridge the gap between regional strategy and local delivery. You will directly handle complex cases, drive recruitment results, and ensure our people processes are built for scale in a high-growth tech environment.
Key Duties
- Recruitment Execution: Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive the hiring pipeline, ensuring tech roles are filled against project-based delivery timelines.
- Workforce Planning: Translate headcount needs into actionable hiring plans, ensuring the right skills are available for immediate project utilization.
- Market Insight: Provide real-time data on local labor market trends to keep CI&T competitive in the Manila tech scene.
- ER & Compliance: Personally handle and resolve complex employee relations, performance, or conduct matters in full alignment with Philippine labor law.
- Policy Implementation: Build and roll out local HR frameworks and policies that ensure consistency across all Manila-based teams.
- Performance Cycles: Drive the execution of performance reviews, talent reviews, and promotion processes.
- Employee Experience: Launch local initiatives that foster accountability and high engagement within the tech consulting culture.
- Manager Coaching: Actively coach first-line managers to improve their leadership capability and team handling.
- Skill Mapping: Identify capability gaps and execute plans to upskill team members to meet evolving client demands.
- Change Lead: Directly guide teams through organizational changes, restructures, and growth activities.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Experience: 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on senior generalist or HRBP roles.
- Legal Mastery: Deep, practical application of Philippine labor laws and industrial relations.
- Industry Context: Background in technology consulting or professional services is highly preferred.
- Execution Track Record: Demonstrated ability to take regional strategies and convert them into local operational success.
