Behaviour is seeking a full‑time law intern (Quebec Bar) for a six‑month internship. If you’re known for your strong analytical skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment where tasks evolve frequently, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you will:
• Support the legal team in analyzing matters related to contract law, intellectual property, consumer protection, and privacy, and conduct related research
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents (NDAs, software licenses, supplier agreements, demand letters, authorization forms, and more)
• Help manage and protect the trademark and copyright portfolio, including copyright filings, clearance searches, and preparing evidence of trademark use
• Assist operational and corporate teams on special projects and perform other related tasks
• Help implement and improve tools such as the CLM system and clause library, as well as internal documentation

What we’re looking for:
• Completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and the Quebec Bar exam
• Excellent command of both written and spoken French and English (most contracts are in English)
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality
• Knowledge of the video game industry is an asset
