Gala is excited to announce our Last Expedition team is adding to their Art team on this amazing, PVPVE FPS game. We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to lead and help us drive QA initiatives on Last Expedition.

You will be responsible for all aspects of QA on our game and will be integral to providing our players with a smooth, bug-free player experience
The QA Lead will also be responsible for creating and maintaining test cases, and ensuring that proper test time is available for releases
Responsible for resource management and prioritization
Detailed tracking and timely reporting of work progress and deliverables to Production, Development, and QA Management
Diagnose and communicate issues at a high-quality level (i.e., complex bug troubleshooting and scheduling conflicts) to upper management
You will help manage test operations and build a hybrid internal and external QA staff.
You work collaboratively with all feature owners, fosters teamwork, and offers clean, concise feedback.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of Quality Assurance Experience
2+ years managing QA professionals
Understanding of general testing and QA methodologies, process, and terminologies
Knowledge of game production process and workflows
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
Autonomous and proactive attitude
Problem-solving and open-minded
Experience with development pipelines and workflows
Experience working with remote test teams
Experience shipping live service games
Experience with release management best practices
Self-motivated, stellar work ethic, fun collaborator
