[A] is seeking a multi-talented QA Engineer/ Analyst to join our distributed team. The primary skill-set and background for this role should be strong experience with the software development life-cycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment, testing large-scale CMS systems, and adding your keen business analysis acumen to your testing delivery.

You should be a curious learner, and patient teacher, interested in learning from others and sharing what you know. You should have a strong and natural ability to improve quality across software development project operations, as well as be able to inspire a love of quality within a distributed team.

This is a remote role that can be done from anywhere in North America.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with our head of QA operations across our mostly Microsoft . NET software development teams.

• Perform business analysis, Content Engineering, requirements development, and occasionally system documentation.

• Staying in constant communication with team members via all out internal communication channels.

• Experience working in and testing large-scale, enterprise-level CMS systems beyond WordPress such as Sitecore, Kentico

• Proven CRM integration experience

• Proven experience as a QA/BA analyst beyond simply executing given test cases.

• Experience testing web services

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management, staff and customers

• Willingness to achieve the highest level of quality

• Solid interpersonal skills with a Client Service focus

• Must be detail oriented, quality minded and have excellent problem solving skills
