The QA Engineer and Content Tester is a dynamic position. It requires multi-departmentinvolvement. You will engage in the implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of our innovative software to ensure we’re putting out the highest quality product possible. You will work in conjunction with the development and operations teams to execute all required testing.

The QA Engineer and Content Tester should possess the following skills and experience:

Primary Responsibilities • Assist in testing scalability, stability, and performance of our software • Identify, isolate, interpret, and report defects • Troubleshoot complex issues with using and installing our platform • Assist Quality Assurance beta testing for all relevant components • Assist Quality Assurance with maintaining all program help files and documentation • Work with developers to analyze features/requirements and determine appropriate test coverage • Maintain list/information of bugs and enhancements • Create thorough and accurate documentation of the work you perform •Provide comprehensive defect reports • Communicate clearly with developers and test leadership on technical issues
