Springboard Retail is looking for someone to own QA for the Springboard Retail platform. In this position, you will engage directly with the engineering and product teams to ensure Springboard consistently delivers the highest quality service. You will report directly to the CTO.
Responsibilities:
Become a Springboard Retail product expert
Working with the product and engineering teams to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and to translate into detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for multiple products
Enhance automated and manual testing infrastructure and draft product release deliverables consistent with established standards, methodologies, and best practices
Performing automated and manual testing of web applications, APIs, and web-based user experiences
Performing automated and manual testing of data analysis code, database queries, and data pipelines
Building our overall testing strategy, in collaboration with engineering and product team leaders
Evangelizing and cultivating the adoption of quality assurance best practices across the team
Estimating, prioritizing, planning, coordinating, and tracking testing activities
Participate in agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives
Work on hardware simulation tools to allow automating manual tests
Manage and create key metrics to drive towards overall business goals and support critical decision making
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
