What you’ll do
- Drive and own the vision and strategy of quality assurance at Autosoft
- Drive a quality culture, by helping cross-functional teams adopt the right quality practices throughout the lifecycle
- Expose change impacts in minutes with advanced, resilient test automation that’s built for DevOps and cloud speed
- Modernize quality tools, testing approaches, and skillsets of team
- Accelerate release cycles by orchestrating and scaling testing efforts across teams, projects, applications, and tools
- Produce, maintain, and radiate quality metrics that help expose and reduce risks
- Drive excellence in execution
- Nurture a culture that enables everyone to deliver their best work
- Assess your talent needs, recruit, and hire exceptional talent, without compromise
What you need to get the job done
- Hands-on software development experience is required
- Experience with Continuous Testing that occurs throughout the SDLC
- Experience monitoring production to loop feedback into the SDLC from a quality perspective
- Experience leading distributed team members
- People leadership experience (culture, one on ones, relationship, etc.)
- Project leadership experience (roadmap, backlog, priorities, deadlines, etc.)
- Talent leadership experience (staffing, allocation, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
- Great engineering leaders can lead around any tech stack
- Diversity of experience as an engineering/QA manager is valued (teams and companies)
- Driving results in a cloud-native software shop are valued
