With less than two years in the market, the company has grown from 0 to 30+ employees across Latin America (Uruguay, Argentina, and Colombia) and the US.
Responsibilities
– Have good communication skills in English
– Be able to work well in a client-facing team setting
– Operate fairly independently and be accountable for their tasks
– Work at small-to-medium sized startup clients helping develop new features and address post-MVP tech debt
– Backend programming and infrastructure work to support web app and data analytics programming
– Be able to help on different projects from data science programming for health care platform to backend development for billing management software.
Skills and experience
– At least 4 years of experience building backend with Python and Django
– Experience with AWS is a plus
