We are looking for a person that can solve problems independently and lead a team. The person that is not only playing with code but solves customer problems.

We assume this person is backend oriented, can code excellent in Python using Django/Flask. You must be also familiar with front-end development. Including any popular HTML/CSS and js framework. Twitter Bootstrap and Angular.js knowledge is a big plus.

We assume you can deploy your code and setup server environment. You can deploy your code to Amazon EC2 or setup deployment to heroku, as well as tune nginx configuration, setup proper cache. You can also setup proper configuration of MySQL/Postgre db. What is more, you know how to profile slow SQL queries.

You must be aware of the TDD peculiarities and be able to deliver robust, clean, modular and well-documented code.

And yes, you must be able to communicate with customers directly. So good command of English is required.

Pluses: you have commits accepted for well-known projects on github, you have worked on outstanding projects in travel industry.

We are: Small distributed company (~10 person) working on different projects (2 weeks – 2 years long). We have worked on projects like: localu.co https://www.hotelplanner.com cityshelves.com. Our expertize: travel, payment system integrations, mvp projects. We have two targets: a) outstaffing work b) project based work using our internal service that helps to develop MVP project very-fast. We like good technologies and try to be on the cutting edge of technology stack.

Although all our team members work independently and very often from different countries, we are always in touch, educate each other, help and collaborate.

We need a full-time developer who will allocate not less than 40 hour work every week. Payment is hourly based.
