OVERVIEW

Full-time/Permanent Employee
Location: Remote
Responsibilities Include

Part of a small agile team that will build an entire Test Lab on AWS, maintain a kubernetes platform, develop and maintain an Air Force application
Wear many hats everyday (developer, tester, help desk, teacher, designer, etc)
Follow Platform One’s Software Factory cATO design patterns
Build the back-end services (even microservices) with Python (preferably Flask) as a cloud native application
Support the CI/CD pipeline including the build, test, release, and even gitops
Aid in Test Driven Development using Robot Framework
Develop Service Mesh deployments
Lots of paired programming
Use only Platform Agnostic, Immutable Infrastructure, Cloud Native (HashiCorp Vault, Consul) philosophies
Build containers efficiently

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Clearance: Eligible for a secret clearance
Years of Experience: 5 Years Minimum (see below)
Education: Bachelor’s degree should be in IS Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Degree is negotiable with 5 years of equivalent experience.
DOD Directive 8570 IAT I or II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
Experience building Python applications
ArgoCD, GitLab CI
Experience with Linux operating systems.
Platform Agnostic, Immutable Infrastructure, Cloud Native (HashiCorp Vault, Consul)
Deep Experience with Docker (or podman) and Kubernetes
Quick to find and implement solutions (you hate stale incident reports or inconveniencing users)

Experience with Camunda
ELK, Grafana
