THE ROLE: giftgaming needs a Publisher Sales Director to spearhead the effort of getting more game publishers and developers. This involves:
- Getting more game publishers to integrate giftgaming into their games
- Spreading the word at game developer conferences
- Liaising with affiliate networks and onboarding brands
RUMUNERATION: (Baseline Salary + Uncapped Commission in Year 1) Our philosophy is great performance does not go unrewarded. So if you have the fire in your belly, you can bring game publishers on board, and ultimately can generate the revenues, then you can expect a huge upside from large commissions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Our ideal candidate goes the extra mile, and never misses an opportunity to hustle, which means hitting networking parties, staying for the full length of a conference, talking to everyone, and being able to spot opportunities everywhere. We don’t aggressively “hard-sell”. We don’t pitch. That’s what other ad companies do. Instead we ask questions, and listen.
