Psychometrists play an essential role in our assessment services. We are seeking candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology to join our team.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Psychometrists support licensed psychologists by administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests. Their involvement enhances assessment objectivity, increases psychologist capacity, improves service quality, and expands patient access.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments
• Create test data summary tables
• Document detailed behavioral observations
• Manage, organize, and order testing materials
• Build rapport with patients and support them during evaluations
• Collaborate with psychologists to review and discuss results
• Schedule follow‑up appointments when appropriate
• Distribute and collect test measures before and after appointments
• Respond to patient questions about completing tests
• Upload and send reports to patients and referral partners
• Help maintain patient records
• Perform additional duties as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field required
• Experience in counseling or testing preferred
• Strong assessment skills highly preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to help patients, including children, feel comfortable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, especially with data
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
