Psychometrists play a vital part in our assessment services. We are seeking applicants with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology to join our team.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Psychometrists assist licensed psychologists by administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests. Their work increases objectivity, boosts psychologist efficiency, improves service quality, and broadens patient access.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments
• Prepare summary tables of test data
• Document thorough behavioral observations
• Organize, manage, and order testing supplies
• Build rapport and support patients throughout the evaluation process
• Collaborate with psychologists to review findings
• Schedule follow‑up appointments as needed
• Distribute and collect test materials before and after appointments
• Address patient questions related to testing
• Upload and send reports to patients and referral sources
• Assist with maintaining patient records
• Perform other duties as needed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field required
• Counseling or testing experience preferred
• Strong assessment skills strongly preferred
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to help patients, including children, feel at ease
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
