**The Role**
As a Provider Engagement Regional Manager, you will connect with providers and practice staff to enhance the patient experience and lower healthcare costs. This role reports directly to the Chief Provider & Population Health Officer. The ideal candidate can present information in a clear, persuasive way that motivates providers to take action, while managing competing priorities. Experience may range from service roles to retail sales. A background in Business (with a Marketing focus) or Psychology is preferred.
**Responsibilities**
– Build strong relationships with providers and practice employees to communicate and implement programs, initiatives, and strategies effectively.
– Lead in-person and remote meetings with providers to review performance, cost management, and contracting updates.
– Identify and prioritize provider needs and concerns, and create solutions that improve the patient experience while reducing healthcare costs.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure provider engagement efforts align with business goals.
– Review provider engagement metrics to continuously refine engagement strategies and support targeted deployment of provider engagement representatives to practices.
**Requirements**
– Live in, or be able to consistently travel to, the South Houston and Galveston area.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or Psychology (Marketing focus preferred).
– 3+ years of experience presenting information in a simple, persuasive way that drives key stakeholders to act.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage providers and practice staff.
– Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Understanding of the healthcare industry and provider motivations.
– Additional experience in healthcare and provider contracting is a plus.

**Salary Range**
$140,000–$150,000
