Full-time remote provider role for licensed mental health professionals based in PA, VA, OH, IL, AZ, CT, MA, CO, and WI.

Role summary: As a full-time mental health provider for Spring Health, the provider will focus on care delivery for Spring Health’s member network.
Responsibilities include providing mental health counseling sessions and clinical risk assessments, responding to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate, completing internal training and attending clinical team meetings, following policies and maintaining confidentiality/compliance/ethical standards, using data-driven decision making and measurement-based care, reviewing monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality client care.
Requirements include being physically based in and holding an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in PA, VA, OH, IL, AZ, CT, MA, CO, and/or WI; being unable to accept applicants requiring licensed supervision; being able to work a full 40-hour week; being telehealth competent; maintaining an average caseload of 30 sessions per week; having training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and CPT; and being comfortable with safety planning and intervention for higher-risk clients. The role favors independent work while also collaborating with a team and clinical care navigators.
Nice to haves include 3+ years of post-licensed experience, willingness to be cross-licensed in other states with sponsorship from Spring Health, openness to treating children, adolescents, couples, or families, and openness to working nights and weekends.
Compensation: Target salary range of $66,000-$70,000 as the baseline for total compensation, plus potential variable bonuses based on performance. Individual pay may vary based on experience, location, internal pay equity, and other business considerations.
