Are you someone with an excellent eye for detail, strong language skills, and a passion for accuracy? We’re looking for a Proofreader & Content Annotation Specialist to join our growing team and help improve the quality of AI-driven content and digital experiences.

This role combines proofreading, quality checking, and data annotation, making it perfect for candidates who enjoy working with language, reviewing content, and contributing to innovative AI projects.

What You’ll Do

• Proofread and review content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and consistency
• Perform content annotation and labeling for AI/ML training projects
• Ensure high-quality standards across text, data, and documentation
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues
• Tag, classify, and organize content according to project guidelines
• Collaborate with operations and AI teams to improve content accuracy
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while handling large volumes of data

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written English and grammar skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to review content with consistency and precision
• Comfortable handling repetitive and process-oriented tasks
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience in proofreading, editing, QA, or content review
• Familiarity with data annotation or AI training workflows
• Experience with content moderation, labeling, or classification
• Knowledge of style guides and editorial standards
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Excel, or annotation tools
