Future Holidays is looking for a project manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients and the liaison between our clients and internal team members. They are responsible for the end-to-end communication, from initial lead contact through site launch, ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and facilitate all communication between all parties involved on any given product
- Plan, manage and adjust project timelines
- Onboard new clients, lead meetings with both client and team and execute post-launch follow-ups
- Follow up weekly with active clients either by email, Trello or over the phone depending on the client’s preferences, recording updates and changes on the client’s Trello project and updating to-do items where necessary
- Act as a knowledge base for clients, clearly breaking down complex concepts
- Ensure projects are staying on track and within budget, communicating regularly with internal team members and the client
- Manage internal team tasks and ensure projects are moving forward
- Organizing the sharing of weekly project & budget updates
Requirements and Experience
- Are able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Are comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
- Enjoy finding new opportunities to improve workflows and processes
- Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive and self-manage effectively in a remote work environment
- Can understand and untangle technical jargon and learn new technology quickly
- Have a communication style that’s fun and approachable
- Experience with Slack, Trello & Google Docs
- As this is a client-facing role, availability during PST business hours is required
