Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Product Development Project Manager to drive the execution of new beauty product launches and updates from concept to warehouse delivery. This role requires exceptional timeline management skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and an expert in project management tools, ensuring flawless execution of our product development initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own and manage timelines for all product development projects, ensuring timely execution from conception to warehouse delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Product Development, Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external vendors—to ensure seamless collaboration and on-time project completion.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring feasibility.
- Create and manage a new project timeline customized to each vendor and project due date, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Hold internal teams and external vendors accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions proactively.
- Report issues and escalate to management as needed, ensuring transparency and prompt resolution of challenges.
- Attend vendor meetings alongside the Product Development team to align on timelines and deliverables.
- Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, optimizing external partnerships for project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track project milestones, risks, and key learnings.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- 8+ years of experience in project management within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry.
- Expertise in Smartsheets, Asana, or other project management tools.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, ensuring clear alignment across teams and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate issues and implement solutions.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, packaging vendors, and supply chain teams.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing product development landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-player mindset.

The base pay range for this role is $114,000 – $134,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
