The quick and dirty of the role:
You’ll be responsible for co-managing up to 50 client video projects. As Project Manager, you’re the person who transitions projects from sales to production. Then you lead the client through the entire process, from you leading the first kickoff call to deliver their final video. This is not just traffic management, you’re responsible for the client’s Explainify Experience. You MUST be a fast learner and adaptable, able to make decisions quickly in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. Seriously, it’s fast-paced. You’ve gotta be able to handle the curveballs with grace.
You must be able to hold tons of info about multiple projects in your head (often 60 projects for 30 different clients are open simultaneously — you certainly don’t need it all memorized but need to be able to jump in and out of them with ease, and without getting overwhelmed).
Key responsibilities:
- Set and manage clear client expectations, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Push back graciously on clients as needed.
- Keep projects moving forward on-budget and on-time.
- Communicate with the Client on video in a friendly, expert voice and;
- Communicate with our extended Explainify Creative Network in a friendly, timely, and succinct manner.

Note: This job is North America based only. You must have previous work-from-home experience with a dedicated office.
Contract to start, but could easily move to full-time employment based on our growth plans.
40 hours/week at ~$3k/mo (…based on experience).
