About this position
Product Managers at BLEN lead teams in delivering impactful digital products. They blend expertise, leadership, and strategic insight to guide projects from beginning to end. Our product team makes key decisions, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and uses data to support recommendations. They ensure our products satisfy client needs and achieve business objectives.

• Oversee product delivery to ensure quality and alignment with expectations
• Act as the main technical contact for stakeholders

• Apply strong knowledge of agile practices to lead iterative, results-focused development

• Balance high-level planning with hands-on support
• Team Development
• Mentor and support product team members to help them grow professionally
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Advocacy and Innovation
• Advocate for user needs and lean principles when setting priorities and making trade-offs
• Promote iterative, outcome-driven workflows
• Create strategies that deliver maximum value within program constraints

Basic qualifications
• Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or 13+ years of experience in place of formal education
• Demonstrated success in project management, with a focus on maintaining and enforcing processes
• Experience in technical fields
• At least 1 year of leading cross-functional teams
• Preferred Skills and Experience
• Background in Quality Assurance (QA)
• Experience in mobile product development
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, CPM, CSM, or similar

Requirement
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work in the country
• Must be eligible for low-level security clearance

Compensation: $130,000–$155,000 per year
This range reflects what we expect to offer candidates able to perform core responsibilities with minimal additional training. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, and role scope.
