What we are looking for…

Our Project Manager will focus on developing and implementing processes to support and scale the business. In this role, you will take responsibility for establishing goals and creating efficient work environments for the field operations and customer experience teams alike. This job is perfect for someone who is a systematic thinker and incredibly detail-oriented. You should be able to apply technology to drive operational efficiency in order to deliver an automated process that’s orchestrated from start to finish. You will work closely with a small but growing team that requires a high degree of autonomy. You have a strong ability to think strategically and analytically in an environment with a lot of moving pieces. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to work across multiple projects and multiple locations.

What you’ll do…

Drive efficiencies, quality, and speed to take our property operations and guest experience to the next level.
Ideate and build process solutions that impact the day-to-day of multiple departments.
Analyze performance data and implement changes to guide the greater Operations department towards meeting KPI metrics.
Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.
Partner with business and ops teams to translate customer pain-points into operational opportunities.
Continuously remove cost, defects, and redundancies from operations.
Lead process improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added work.
Drive process standardization and documentation.
Build strong relationships with your stakeholders, becoming intimate with their mission, processes, and requirements.
Using robust change management skills, you will communicate across the organization to ensure key stakeholders are aware and supportive of changes and their benefits, at all levels of the organization and locations as required.

What you’ll bring…

2+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably within operations, hospitality, and/or consulting.
Expert-level knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Extensive experience with project management software (Asana or other).
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team members at all levels of the company.
A strong willingness and ability to deal with ambiguity when there aren’t defined systems and processes in place – this is what you will be building!
Strong analytical, strategic, and collaborative skills.
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment and an ability to think on your feet.
Attention to detail – a perfectionist.
Passion for the hospitality and short-term rental industries.
Experience in a start-up is a plus.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 DOE
