Developing and testing code for both client-facing and internal systems, working directly with all necessary stakeholders (clients, business partners, internal staff, etc.) to define requirements and ensure expectations are being met, and to troubleshoot and diagnose any problems. Serve as second level technical support for client software – assisting first level support when difficult issues require developer support. Assist with managing systems for the development environment.
