We are looking for a senior AI Program Director to lead a strategic transformation for a leading banking client, spanning Data Platform Modernization (Snowflake on AWS) and AI Platform & Use Case Delivery.

This role operates as a Chief of Staff for the program, ensuring alignment across governance, architecture, engineering, and operations teams. You will be the single point of visibility for senior leadership, with end-to-end oversight of execution, governance, and program vision.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end program oversight across data modernization and AI platform initiatives

  • Guide the leadership and team on the ground with vision of the programs and ensures it matches/aligned to the organization interests

  • Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes

  • Coordinate across governance, architecture, build, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution

  • Drive program roadmap, milestones, and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and transformation challenges

  • Ensure all initiatives are delivered in line with client’s strategic vision and priorities

Job Requirements:

  • 12+ years leading large-scale data and AI programs in enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of Snowflake, AWS, and modern data platforms

  • Experience managing both Data Engineering and AI/GenAI initiatives

  • Deep BFSI domain knowledge (banking, regulatory, risk, data ecosystems)

  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives

  • A strategic yet hands-on leader who can connect vision with execution and act as the face of the program
