Stealth Works Venture Fund is looking for a wide range of talented and passionate individuals. From programmers, designers, operators, program managers, copy editors, designers and much more to get involved with specific projects or with the actual venture fund. We are also open to potential co-founders if it is the right fit. We will be officially launching in the spring of 2015.

Our primary interest is for people that are able to get things done and follow through. Sounds simple but we believe that is one of the most important character traits.

We are looking for leaders to join a team and add value right away where others did not even think of. You will be compensated when the idea gains enough traction and is spun out of the fund. Based on meeting our work agreement related to milestones and vesting period agreement, you will be provided a percentage ownership of the venture that gets spun out. You will be compensated a percentage ownership at the time of launching of the venture into an actual incorporated company once it has shown significant traction (revenue, downloads, page views, etc) and you are sticking with it to make it succeed.

We run extremely lean and we do not pay a monthly salary to our team members or partners. The profitability of our partners and team members are purely lined up with the ownership of the ventures that get spun out. We will incorporate the venture and provide appropriate funding to take it to the next step once a project has grown some legs and can stand on its own. Bottom line, we are looking to turn ideas and great teams into a fast and agile lean companies that are built for growth.
