THE JOB AT A GLANCE

We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to serve as our Program Manager, University Relations and Early Career to support our company growth. As an experienced talent acquisition professional, you will build a best-in-class function that will identify, engage, source and hire strong diverse college and early career talent for Carbon Health. You’ll lead the development and oversight of our internship programs, including, but not limited to, establishing school partnerships, attending recruitment events, handling student onboarding and facilitating full-time candidate conversion. In addition, you will be responsible for leading the development of new programs to expand our early career talent pipeline. Your work will have a direct impact on making Carbon Health a recognized partner of choice committed to delivering continuing education and training.

This role is remote friendly with travel expectations after pandemic.
