About the program
Our Medical team is launching Reach, a new 12-month program for science graduates who want to build commercially focused careers in medical communications. Through structured rotations and hands-on, project-based work, you’ll contribute to real client solutions that help us REACH EVERY PATIENT POSSIBLE. Successful completion offers the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
What makes our program different?
Reach is designed to extend your impact as far as possible—just like our mission to REACH EVERY PATIENT POSSIBLE. It’s a chance to fast-track your career in medical communications while working at the intersection of science, strategy, and creativity.
Throughout the program, you’ll begin within our global medical communications team and rotate every four months across three core areas: Scientific, Project Management/Client Services, and Digital/Creative. Each rotation is built to develop your skills, broaden your perspective, and help you work with a wide range of stakeholders, projects, and industry-leading clients.
You’ll learn directly how our teams come together to create life-changing solutions for patients worldwide. Most importantly, you’ll play an active role in ensuring these transformative projects reach the people who need them most.
Supporting you to build your career
During the program, you’ll receive everything you need to accelerate your development—practical training, expert mentorship, and full access to the Learning team’s programs and platforms. You’ll also be able to connect with colleagues through our six Employee Network Groups and benefit from our Magnet not Mandate approach to flexible working. In addition to your day-to-day rotations, you’ll take part in project-based work that addresses real client challenges, generates fresh ideas, and helps shape how we work in Medical. It’s an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact from day one.
