The Program Coordinator will directly support Aledade’s mission to address the national physician shortage in primary care. In this role, you will serve as a strategic link between data and execution—turning complex project milestones into streamlined, high-performing workflows that enable the launch of our cohort programs and the smooth onboarding of new practices. You will help maintain the department’s operational standards by centralizing KPIs, managing stakeholder communication, and overseeing end-to-end scheduling for interviews and provider engagements. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-focused professional who can work at the intersection of project coordination and administrative operations to ensure our value-based care initiatives remain scalable, efficient, and results-driven.

This role is open to candidates across the United States, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely from home across all US time zones.

**Primary Duties**
– **Program Planning and Support**
1. Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational and program goals.
2. Coordinate daily program activities to keep goals and deadlines on track.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders regarding program updates and reporting needs.
4. Maintain accurate records of program activities, spending, and outcomes.
5. Manage consistent KPI and performance metric tracking to measure program and project results.
6. Update program materials for market-facing teams.
– **Monitoring & Evaluation**
1. Track progress against program objectives and milestones.
2. Help collect and analyze data to support program evaluation; identify improvement opportunities and recommend optimization strategies.
3. Support standardization of metrics, definitions, and reporting processes across teams.
4. Provide data and reporting needed for forecasting; assess capacity needs and estimate ROI.

**Minimum Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
– 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role
– Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, or Power BI) is preferred
– Ability to gather and interpret data needed for ROI modeling and capacity planning
– Knowledge of performance metrics and ROI tracking

**Preferred Qualifications**
– Experience in healthcare

**Physical Requirements**
– Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
