We are a 100% remote company and hire based on skill NOT on location. This is a remote position where you will be essentially the product owner and product manager for Time Doctor. What this means is that you will take responsibility for all feature specifications of the product, writing documentation for the specifications, working with our designer and developers. You will also be partly responsible for allocating priorities for the product. Some other responsibilities include:
Interviews with customers
Surveying customers on what they want
Discussing with the customer support team what they think are the top priorities and reviewing support requests from customers
Improving the user interface of the site
Regular product meetings to discuss what needs to be improved
Note that most of the development team are in Europe so that you will need to have some meetingsduring their business hours. The support team are in Asia and the founders in Australia and Canada.
