At Fadata, we’re transforming the insurance industry with innovative, end-to-end core software solutions. We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and strategic Product Marketing Manager to support business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and create engaging sales and marketing materials for both business and technical audiences.
In this role, you’ll turn customer and market insights into sales enablement tools, go-to-market assets, and messaging that helps drive deals and build pipeline. You’re a strong storyteller who enjoys helping your team win, and you’re passionate about creating clear narratives that communicate the value of our solutions.
You’ll be part of our Marketing & Communications team, reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, and working closely with colleagues across areas such as analyst relations, digital marketing, and PR.
- Lead and create persuasive sales assets such as presentations, one-pagers, and pitch decks that reflect customer needs.
- Own and execute go-to-market assets and strategies, working with Sales and fellow marketing colleagues to generate demand and speed up deal closures.
- Act as a spokesperson at events and in the media—while also supporting speaking opportunities by creating presentations, content, and messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with partners on marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
- Work closely with product and sales to develop messaging and campaigns.
- Champion the brand by improving awareness and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Own marketing initiatives from concept to launch, navigating uncertainty confidently.
- Understand the insurance market and its challenges, becoming an expert in positioning our solutions effectively.
- Use competitive research to make strategic recommendations and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Think creatively—bring fresh storytelling and innovative approaches to real customer challenges.
- Know how to use and generate value from AI.
- Represent the customer’s perspective through deep research and mapping the customer journey.
- 5–10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B enterprise software, fintech, insurtech, or insurance.
- Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, impactful messaging.
- A natural storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of GTM strategy, market segmentation, and customer needs.
- Experience with brand management is beneficial, but not required.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. We’re a small team—we support each other hands-on, and you’ll also have meaningful responsibility and room to grow both personally and at Fadata.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; you’re proactive and take ownership.
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail and the ability to execute.
- Fluent English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience creating marketing and sales content with measurable business results.
- Proven ability to succeed in complex stakeholder environments and influence without formal authority.
- A strong mix of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
