We are looking for a technically-minded Product Manager to conceive of and execute initiatives and experiments to improve and scale our back-end services and internal tools. On top of this, we are also looking for a product leader to drive our Telehealth and Patient Portal experience, which is one of our newest business lines. As the product lead, you will build, manage, and lead the telehealth product team in creating and delivering products as well as be directly involved in shaping product strategy for our telehealth division. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong track record of leading product teams at consumer-facing companies. Product Portfolio Ownership

Work with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Marketing to develop and release features focused on improving the efficiency and usability of our internal tools and platforms.
Identify scalable solutions to help internal stakeholders succeed, while driving a better customer experience from the inside out
Simplify, automate, or otherwise improve operational processes through new tooling, first and third-party platform integrations, and architecture improvements driving efficiency for the organization
Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the development process to deliver new features
Provide coordination and evaluation of product development cycle for DrChrono mobile applications for back-end development support
Define product requirements and collaborate with Design and Engineering for timely delivery of key features and improvements with an eye toward balancing short-term and longer-term needs.
Provide configuration and administrative support of the cloud-hosted Atlassian tool suite, including multiple Jira and Confluence instances
Establish and implement a strategic roadmap for virtual care and telehealth including delivery of core consumer services, innovation efforts, and moonshot initiative development to leapfrog the industry. Comprehensive documentation and strategies for the success of all telehealth and virtual care mandates & regulations, inclusive of ancillary business decisions in support of a post-COVID public policy position. Ongoing accountability for state/federal regulatory telehealth compliance.
Become the Telehealth subject matter expert for both outgoing and incoming RFPs and various telehealth inquiries. This includes establishing vendor evaluation business processes and a strategic framework to ensure vendor selection aligns with organizational priorities.
Identify, define, prioritized, build, launch, and iterate on telehealth features that deliver high-quality user experiences for both clinicians and patients.
Brainstorm and solve problems facing patients and providers from first principles through direct experience, deep research, and observation
Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area
Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across product/engineering teams, cross-functional partners (marketing, customer experience, operations, etc.), and the leadership/executive team
Work with other product teams to design reliable systems that scale
Pull context across design, engineering, data science, operations, billing, and clinical teams in service of feature development

About You

3+ years of experience working with design and engineering teams, driving the development of high-quality internal tools and systems that effectively accomplish business goals
3+ years of JIRA and Confluence administration experience
Previous experience working on internal tools and platforms, making workflows and operations more efficient
An extremely sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of what types of creative products will be effective at helping other teams meet their objectives
Experience leading an agile software development team, ideally developing data-heavy products with internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to learn fast, quickly understand complex domains, then document and explain them
Be data-driven: define KPIs and reporting, then use the analysis to drive feature development
Experience writing product requirements in tickets (using JIRA and/or other ticketing systems)
Experiencing managing a product roadmap
CSPO: Certified Scrum Product Owner (BONUS)
Knowledge of Salesforce and Third-Party CRM Software (BONUS)
