Looking for a high agency member to join our Growth team at Spreetail.

How you will achieve success:

• Accelerating PoCs and experiments by building enabling infrastructure and SOPs. Think workflow tools, no-code solutions.
• Scaling up successful PoCs. Create, execute, and measure scaled processes. Work across Spreetail and external partners to solve for business outcomes. Use AI, charm, and data to drive success!
• Generating measurable improvements in brand-facing platform usage, adoption, or ops cost savings.
• e.g, Automating min 2 workflows by end of Q4, leading to $xxMM in topline or $xM impact in EBITDA.

What experiences will help you in this role:

• 2–4 years of experience in engineering, data management, and TPM.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to quantify impact.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Python scripts, Zapier, or internal GPT workflows).
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration cycles.
• Preferred: Experience managing scrappy MVPs or automation workflows

$20,000 – $26,500 a year
