Loop Story
In an ideal world, Loop wouldn’t need to exist. We imagine a world where people make mindful choices, love every product they own, and share values with the brands that make them. But commerce is imperfect, and things sometimes go wrong. Loop creates second chances.

We’re transforming the post‑purchase experience, starting with returns—one of the most delicate moments in commerce—and turning it into something consumers enjoy, deepening their connection with brands and products.

We value connection internally, too. We’re building a workplace that puts people first and prioritizes empathy and well‑being. Loop is meant to be a meaningful part of your career, a place where you can shape the future of an industry and grow personally at the same time. You’ll have space here to grow quickly, and we’ll trust you to make the most of it.
