We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about our vision of giving power back to creators and understands the web3 space. You will own an end-to-end product, building it from 0 to 1. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and can adapt to rapidly changing strategies. You must also have a strong background in visual design, excellent eye for detail, and be able to work closely with technical engineers to bring innovative designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement the product, owning the design process
• Produce artifacts needed—sketches, wireframes, mockups, prototypes—to take ideas from conception to production
• Proficiency in both UX and UI Design, being able to not only solve complex design problems through logic and flow, but also through visual principles
• Conduct user research and apply insights to create intuitive and user-centered designs
• Support the growth of our ecosystem, create mocks for design partners and integrations, ensuring consistency and quality in the product flows
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in the crypto and web3 spaces
• Bring simplicity and clarity to complex user flows in the web3 space

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio and experience in the web3 space
• Experienced with designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases
• Ability to handle ambiguity and collaborate with team members to find innovative solutions
• Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma
• Exceptional visual design skills with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering beautiful and functional designs
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work closely with technical teams
• Passionate about the crypto and web3 space, with a strong desire to learn
