OVERVIEW

Our continuous performance management software has quickly become one of the most popular People Ops products in the SMB market. Thanks to its innovative functionality and embodiment of our Best-Self philosophy, our solution is supporting employee development in ever-larger enterprises in more markets around the world.

As a Product Designer you will build on this foundation to ensure 15Five’s solution remains best in class and you will lead design efforts within a product squad and/or support design efforts in multiple squads. Operating autonomously with this group(s), you’ll collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering partners. This role requires confidence in and passion for developing only the highest-quality solutions for complex enterprise problems. A natural storyteller, you’ll be able to communicate the benefits of your designs as well as how they reflect 15Five’s core values across the board.
