We are seeking a designer to help us launch products that are changing healthcare for millions of people. We need your help to design for both inclusion and scale.
In this role, you will support product designers, user researchers, and stakeholders across the team by creating realistic interactive prototypes that bring our products to life. Your work will support the design of experiences used by large populations to access essential health services at school, work, and in the community.
You’ll also support the evolution of our accessible, enterprise-grade platform that allows organizations (e.g. health departments, employers, community organizations) to customize their health programs, monitor utilization, and ensure equity.
How You’ll Contribute:
Collaborate with product designers and user researchers to create prototypes in Figma and InVision to be used for concept and usability testing, training purposes, and customer conversations
Work with the accessibility and localization teams to create and test prototypes across multiple devices (notably assistive devices, such as screen readers) and in different languages (including right-to-left languages)
Partner with the design systems team to evolve Figma components by prototyping interactions and animations
Observe best practices and align with standards, guidelines, and systems
Help develop our scalable human-centered design practice to ensure our experiences are available, accessible, and inclusive
Contribute to both a multidisciplinary design team and a company committed to growth, recognition, and celebration
Inspire and elevate others through partnership, advocacy, feedback, sharing, and infectious curiosity
Our Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:
Deep experience designing interactive prototypes in support of consumer or enterprise product development, working closely with product designers and user researchers
Nerd-level expertise in a prototyping tool, such as Figma – We’ll be the star-struck emoji if you also have experience with Invision, javascript, and React.
Familiarity with designing for inclusion, notably accessibility and localization
A love of agile, iterative, and experiment-driven product development
The ability to move quickly by clarifying requirements, working within constraints, and bringing others along
Keen communication skills and responsiveness to keep project partners informed
A track record of on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment
An analytical mind and curious soul invested in collaborating to solve tough problems facing millions of people
A love of learning and desire to grow
A portfolio with prototypes that showcase your ability to bring static designs to life
