Responsibilities:
- Design UX flows: Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for new products.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and user needs.
- Deliver high-quality designs: Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that align with project goals.
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- Utilize a blend of qualitative insights and quantitative data to steer design decisions, championing user needs while driving business growth.
- A/B testing to explore innovative ideas, validate user experience patterns
- Emphasize user-centric design, ensuring that every feature not only meets business objectives but also resonates with our users, informed by direct feedback and collaborative research.
