As we scale our efforts this year and beyond, we’re looking for a **Product Advisor** who can confidently discuss this approach with interested leads and help them understand the value of changing how hiring works.

**The job in a nutshell**
At TestGorilla, the Product Advisor team is the first point of contact for future customers. As a Product Advisor, you’ll directly and personally engage with prospects and free plan users through a variety of channels (video calls, webinars, email, social media, and more). You’ll show them the value of pre-hiring assessments instead of traditional CV screening, explain the benefits of the TestGorilla platform, answer specific commercial questions, follow up, and encourage them to sign up as customers.
For opportunities with longer buying cycles, you’ll qualify leads to identify the most promising customers and prepare a smooth handover to the TestGorilla sales team.
You’ll work closely with marketing and sales to grow a customer base that helps more people reach their dream jobs.
**You’ll spend your time on the following:**
– Reach out to leads who express interest in our services or recruiting approach
– Inspire groups of interested organizations during demos and personalized discovery sessions
– Advise prospects on the benefits and value of pre-hiring tests and what makes TestGorilla unique
– Continue conversations with leads and nurture their interest
– Follow up with customers you initially engaged
– Qualify prospects’ needs and readiness
– Prepare and deliver a detailed handover to sales or customer success teams
– Capture feedback and collaborate with peers and managers
