The Role
At Giant Spoon, we’re looking for a Senior Producer who is passionate about creative advertising, driven to bring ambitious ideas to life, and thrives on producing best-in-class work across every medium. Reporting to the VP, Content Production, you’ll lead integrated productions from concept through final delivery, partnering closely with Creative, Strategy, Account, Business Affairs, and external production partners to deliver exceptional work across video, broadcast, social, experiential, branded content, and emerging platforms.
We’re seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented production leader who balances creative ambition with operational excellence. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, production teams, and vendor relationships while proactively identifying opportunities, solving complex production challenges, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest creative standard.

This team is based in the New York office and works in a hybrid fashion with in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are looking for candidates who can join us in NYC!
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 – $150,000. Salary is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. Leading integrated productions across broadcast, digital, social, experiential, branded content, and emerging media from concept through final delivery.
Developing production approaches that balance creative ambition with budgets, schedules, resources, and production feasibility.
Managing production plans, scopes, timelines, staffing, risk assessments, and day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent projects.
Building, managing, and reconciling production budgets while tracking costs and identifying opportunities to maximize production value and agency profitability.
Partnering with Creative teams during concept development to provide production expertise, innovative solutions, and executional guidance.
Collaborating closely with Account teams to manage client expectations, production timelines, deliverables, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Working alongside Business Affairs to support talent negotiations, music licensing, union requirements, contracts, and legal approvals as needed.
Vetting creative ideas to ensure they are executable within project scope, timing, and budget.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with directors, photographers, editors, production companies, post-production partners, VFX vendors, composers, crew, freelancers, and emerging production partners.
Managing vendor bidding, evaluating proposals, negotiating costs, and assembling the best production teams for each project.
Presenting production plans, budgets, schedules, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence.
Staying current on emerging production technologies, AI, VFX, media innovations, and production methodologies to continuously evolve creative capabilities.
Mentoring junior Producers and Associate Producers while sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative, solutions-oriented production culture.
5+ years of production experience within an advertising agency or integrated creative environment.
Proven experience producing integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, branded content, experiential, and emerging media.
Strong understanding of the creative development process with the ability to influence creative thinking through production expertise.
Demonstrated experience managing production budgets, estimates, schedules, and vendor negotiations from kickoff through reconciliation.
Established relationships with best-in-class production partners, including directors, photographers, editors, post-production companies, music partners, production companies, and freelance crews.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative, strategy, account, and business affairs teams throughout all phases of production.
Strong understanding of live action production, post-production, editorial, VFX, animation, music, talent, and emerging production technologies.
Exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex productions simultaneously.
Proven ability to anticipate production challenges, solve problems proactively, and remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of AI-enabled production tools, VFX, and innovative production technologies.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAG-AFTRA, union productions, talent contracts, and music licensing is a plus.
Automotive production experience is a plus.
